The Frankenmuth Community Foundation houses private foundation funds that support non-profits nation-wide, however the giving from the FCF General Fund is limited to organizations within the Frankenmuth School District
Founded with just $630 left over from the 1976 Bicentennial celebration, the Frankenmuth Community Foundation now houses nearly 100 individual funds, totaling more than $18 Million. Annually, the Foundation distributes grants and scholarships in excess of $1 Million. A 9-member volunteer board and 3-member professional staff support the Foundation's efforts.
